This cookbook was created in the Fall of 2013 during my semester abroad in Florence Italy. Crafted entirely out of Italian made products, this book was also written, illustrated and bound by hand. It holds twelve recipes, all of which I researched, cooked and enjoyed. Relating to the book itself, each recipe was created with fresh food from the local market, encompassing the beauty, honesty and integrity of Italian cuisine.
